Bilal Sohail leads the financial strategy at Leaders Fort as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over 14 years of expertise in accounting and finance, including 11+ years with one of the Big Four firms. A member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.

With over 16 years at Leaders Fort, Qais has earned his place as Civil Division Director, where he plays a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of civil projects. As a manager, he is responsible for supervising project teams, allocating resources effectively, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Fady Saady has been with Leaders Fort for 12 years, having initially started his journey in the Dubai office with the Civil Department. Throughout his time in Dubai, Fady played a pivotal role in successfully managing and executing numerous civil projects, building a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
Fady’s focus on teamwork, client engagement, and quality has played a role in driving projects and growing the company’s influence in KSA.

Having spent 8 years at Leaders Fort and over 17 years in the HR field, Binoy has played a vital role in fostering a positive and harmonious work environment. His active engagement in resolving employee concerns and creating opportunities for growth has contributed to high retention rates and an engaged workforce.

With 19 years of hands-on expertise in the waterproofing field, Elias, our Waterproofing Division Manager, is offering expert solutions to the most challenging water leakage issues. With a deep understanding of advanced systems and materials, he skillfully diagnoses root causes and implements durable, effective waterproofing strategies tailored to each project.

Laith Hamed successfully overseeing the delivery of complex and technically demanding MEP projects. He possesses more than 19 years of experience in the MEP industry, with 10 of those years spent contributing to the success of Leaders Fort. His expertise in managing complicated systems ensures that each project is executed with precision, addressing all technical challenges while maintaining high standards.

Abdelrahman heads our Facade Division with a proven record of excellence in design, execution, and overall project coordination. Certified as both a PMP (Project Management Professional) and RMP (Risk Management Professional), he applies a structured and strategic approach to every project.

Mohamed Haggag, our Fit-Out Project Manager, with over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, including 8 years specializing in high-end fit-out projects. He is known for his precision in execution, strong project planning, and ability to lead teams through complex interior transformations.

With over 12 years of experience in the flooring industry, Qasim, our Flooring Division Manager for the Dubai Branch, is responsible for both operations and sales, playing a crucial role in the division’s growth. His expertise in handling large-scale projects, combined with his strong sales strategies, has helped secure significant contracts, contributing to the company’s success.

Majdi is the driving force behind our civil operations in Abu Dhabi, steering each project with a blend of strategic vision, on-site expertise, and a relentless commitment to excellence—backed by 12 years of experience in civil construction.

Mahmoud has been a vital part of Leaders Fort for 10 years, leading the execution of our projects across Dubai with a sharp focus on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. He is a certified LEED Green Associate and Project Management Professional (PMP), bringing internationally recognized expertise in sustainability and project management to every stage of operations.

With 12 years of specialized experience in flooring systems solutions, Mohamed Yaser leads our Abu Dhabi division with a strong focus on both operational excellence and strategic sales. His deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise enable him to deliver high-performance flooring solutions tailored to each project’s unique requirements.

Duaa, our Workshop Manager, with 10 years of experience in managing workshop operations, brings a strong focus on material procurement, machine maintenance, and optimizing cost efficiency. With 18+ years of experience and a Master’s in Computer Science, Rafeeq drives the IT strategy at Leaders Fort LLC.
