Senior Mechanical Engineer – MEP

➡️ JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage mechanical works across construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

➡️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️    Lead and supervise mechanical engineering works on site (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
▪️    Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
▪️    Coordinate with Project Managers, Electrical & Civil teams, and Consultants
▪️    Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (ADDC, DEWA, Civil Defense)
▪️    Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems
▪️    Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE compliance
▪️    Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
▪️    Support variations, BOQs, and cost control activities
▪️    Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site engineers
▪️    Prepare technical reports, inspections, and as-built documentation

➡️ REQUIREMENTS:
▪️    Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
▪️    8+ years of experience in construction / MEP projects
▪️    Strong background in HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
▪️    Solid knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority approvals
▪️    Proven experience in site execution and coordination
▪️    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
▪️    UAE experience is mandatory
