Quantity Surveyor/ Draftsman – Flooring Division

➡️ JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman (Flooring) to join our project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flooring works with strong knowledge in quantity take-offs, BOQs, and shop drawings.

➡️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪️   Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for flooring works
▪️   Draft and review shop drawings and as-built drawings
▪️   Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
▪️   Prepare material submittals and technical documentation
▪️   Assist in cost estimation, variations, and final accounts
▪️   Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
▪️   Support project execution and coordination with the site team
▪️   Maintain proper documentation and revisions control

➡️ REQUIREMENTS:
▪️   Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering / architecture / quantity surveying
▪️   3–5 years of experience in flooring works (tiles, marble, parquet, epoxy, vinyl, carpet, etc.)
▪️   Strong experience in AutoCAD (mandatory)
▪️   Good knowledge of quantity surveying and drafting
▪️    Familiar with UAE construction standards is preferred
▪️    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
