Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Should have an established database of clients like community management, facility management (FM), mall management, Hospitals , Hotels and consultants…
- Identify and target potential clients, consultants and developers in the UAE market.
- Generate new clients/MEP retrofit project leads through networking, market research, and relationship-building.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective clients, in coordination with technical team.
- Follow up on tenders, inquiries, and quotations to secure orders.
- Maintain a database of prospects, projects, and key stakeholders.
Estimation & Proposal Coordination
- Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare cost proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial bids.
- Understand client requirements and ensure proposals meet project requirement.
Marketing & Branding
- Promote the company’s MEP capabilities and services across various channels (website, brochures, exhibitions, social media).
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, case studies, and project portfolios.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management
- Open new account with new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the client and technical/engineering team.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects (via platforms like ProTenders, Ventures Onsite, etc.).
- Provide strategic input to management for pricing, service offering, and market positioning.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of MEP sales experience in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are must.
- Knowledge of local MEP clients and developers.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
